Comment: We went to your furniture store on 120 Sundance Parkway, Suite 300 and spent $853 on a twin sofa bed in 2006; it's supposed to have a warrantee and it’s falling apart. The darn thing’s not even used once a month and the springs are ripping off, plus it’s getting hard to open and close. I called 512-255-8303 and the phone was disconnected…What are our options?
